Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Worklooker is designed to help people find credible employment resources without requiring an account or unnecessary tracking. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information Worklooker.com (“Worklooker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may process, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at info@worklooker.com.
Information Processed Automatically
Like most websites, Worklooker relies on web-hosting, content-delivery, and security infrastructure that may process standard technical information when a page is requested. Depending on the service involved, this may include:
- Your Internet Protocol address
- Browser and device type
- Operating system
- The page or resource requested
- Referring page
- Date and time of the request
- Technical information used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site
This information may appear in ordinary server, hosting, or security logs. We use it to operate and protect Worklooker, diagnose technical problems, understand aggregate traffic patterns, and improve site performance and reliability.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Worklooker uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics, does not track individual visitors across websites, and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data for Web Analytics.
We use these aggregate statistics to understand which pages and employment directories are useful, identify referral patterns, monitor site performance, and improve Worklooker. We do not use Google Analytics.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
Worklooker does not use cookies for behavioral advertising or website analytics. Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers may, when necessary, use strictly necessary cookies or similar mechanisms for security, fraud prevention, bot detection, traffic management, or other essential site functions.
These necessary technologies are not used by Worklooker to build advertising profiles or track your activity across unrelated websites. External websites you visit through links on Worklooker may use their own cookies or tracking technologies under their own privacy policies.
No Behavioral Advertising or Sale of Personal Information
Worklooker does not sell or rent personal information submitted by visitors or employers. We do not use visitor activity on Worklooker to build profiles for cross-site behavioral advertising.
If Worklooker materially changes its analytics or advertising practices in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those changes.
Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:
- Contact us by email
- Report a broken or outdated link
- Suggest an employer or employment resource
- Ask a question or request assistance
- Submit information for an employer listing or job advertisement
This information may include your name, email address, employer or organization name, telephone number, website address, job information, and other details you choose to provide.
If you correspond with us by email, we may retain your message, email address, attachments, and our responses for customer service, administrative, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
Employer Listings and Job Advertisements
If an employer, recruiter, or authorized representative submits information for a job advertisement or employer listing, Worklooker may use that information to:
- Review the submission
- Communicate with the submitter
- Create, publish, manage, update, or remove the advertisement or listing
- Verify the employer, employment opportunity, or submitted information
- Provide customer service
- Prevent fraud, misuse, or misleading advertisements
- Maintain appropriate business and legal records
Information intended for publication—such as an employer’s name, job description, location, website, application link, or public contact information—may appear publicly on Worklooker.
Private contact information supplied solely for communication or administration will not be published unless the submitter requests or authorizes its publication. Worklooker does not sell or rent employer contact information or use it to create unrelated marketing lists.
How We May Share Information
We may share limited information only when reasonably necessary:
- With service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, communicate, or operate the site
- When information has been submitted or authorized for publication in a job advertisement or employer listing
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request
- When reasonably necessary to protect Worklooker, our visitors, employers, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity
- In connection with a merger, sale, transfer, or reorganization of the site or its assets
- With your permission or at your direction
We do not sell personal information submitted through email inquiries or employer communications for monetary compensation.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including operating the site, managing employer listings and advertisements, answering inquiries, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal or administrative requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the services involved. You may contact us to request deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control. However, no website, email system, storage method, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please do not send sensitive personal information—such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account details, medical information, or account passwords—to Worklooker by email.
External Links and Job Applications
Worklooker contains direct links to employer websites, government agencies, educational institutions, job boards, and other third-party services. Worklooker does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of those external websites.
Selecting an external link or applying for a job may result in information being collected directly by the employer or third-party website. That information is governed by the external website’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.
Worklooker generally does not receive job applications, résumés, or information submitted directly to an employer through an external website.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information you have provided to us, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how that information is used or disclosed.
To submit a privacy request, email info@worklooker.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Children’s Privacy
Worklooker is a general employment-information website and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Worklooker, contact us at info@worklooker.com so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Worklooker’s services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
